Glossybox - February

Hi everyone! I know it has been quite a while since my last blog post but it's not because I didn't want to blog, I was just experiencing some technical difficulties with my computer. Now that is all sorted, I am very happy to be back writing new blog posts for you guys. I've even decided to get a few books out at my local library so that I can improve my blogging skills and make content that you actually want to read.

Anyhoo, lets get into today's blog post. In my opinion, the February Glossybox was one impressive box because not only did it include some great products but pretty much all of them (all but one) were full sided products.

See below for the full review and short video

Carmex Moisture Plus Lip Balm ($8.99 each)

The description for this product says that it is for lips that look and feel moisturised all day long with enhancements from vitamin E and aloe, this lip balm with SPF 15 protects precious puckers perfectly. It has a sweet smell and the packaging is quite generous.

Proactiv Deep Cleansing Wash (39.95 for 475ml bottle)

Proactiv is a brand that I have never used before since my skin has always been quite clear even when I was a teenager. Having said that, I do get the occasional breakout around that time of month. Even though I have considered purchasing their products in the past, I have been told that their products aren't really aimed at people like me.

I have tried this product a few times on my face and find it quite rough although it does leave my skin feeling very clean. This was the only sample sized product in the February box!

Face of Australia Mineral Lip Shine ($12.95 each)

This mineral lip shine is a mix between a lip gloss and a lipstick so it has the best of both worlds. The colour I received is called 'Beach House' which is a beautiful bronze colour with a copper shine. It is a lovely lipstick with a great consistency and it is nicely pigmented.

Palmers Skin Therapy Oil with Rose hip ($9.99 for 60ml bottle)

With the power of rose hip and all natural ingredients, this product targets scars, stretch marks, dry skin and ageing skin. I haven't used this product before but I do wonder whether it is the same as Bio Oil?

Star and Rose Floral Wonderland Emergency Nail Files (price not disclosed on pamphlet)

These are super cute and convenient nail files. I love the colourful design and also the size because they are perfect for my handbag.

Last but not least, there were also some great vouchers in the box and some heart candy

Welcome back to blogging :) I kind of want to subscribe to one of those boxes, but then sometimes people get really dull ones, so I'm still unsure. Decisions, decisions :D

The Glossybox appears to be very generous and great brands included. I have been wanting to ask you, what color is your hair? Is it from a box or professional? I have bright blonde hair and have been looking for a subtle change. I really love the color.
